I know this because I’ve lived it.
Years ago, I was diagnosed with Lupus, arthritis, Sjögren’s, and Fibromyalgia. At times, the pain was so intense I couldn’t stand. When I first found Tai Chi, I had to sit and simply watch the movements for three months. But even just watching, I could feel something shift. I stayed with it. Slowly, I stood. I moved. I healed.
Today, after nearly 30 years of teaching and practicing, I share this beautiful art as a certified Tai Chi instructor and Frequency Alchemist. Not just to teach movement—Yet to help others feel better, breathe deeper, and bring more joy in your life.
